★★★★★ When I suggested he try this product, I never imagined it would eliminate his panic attacks. However, it did. It's been about 6 months (and he is about twice as stressed at work nowadays), but he hasn't had a panic attack since starting this product, and his overall anxiety is way down. He's also less cranky;). No idea if this will help other people with panic attacks, but thought I'd pass it along as it has changed his life. He initially started on the 1mg dose, and has titrated up to 5mg.

★★★★★ My niece is a doctor specializing in nutrition. When I showed her my latest blood test results, she noted that my homocysteine level was more than twice the normal level. She recommended this, which is activated folate, to get the folate to move through to all the necessary places in the body. She also recommended taking B12 sublingually to assist the process, plus to aid in energy level, which is reduced because of the folate issue. The proof is in the pudding: my blood tests six months later showed a reduction of homocysteine from 26 to 12! The recommended level is 10.4, according to what was printed on the results, and she said 8 is an optimum level. So I will definitely be taking this from now on, and this was the brand she recommended.

★★★★★ I have hereditary genetic neuro-muscular disease, severe fibromyalgia (51 years of it), chronic myofascial pain syndrome (as a result of experimental electified acupuncture treatments which took large permanently hardened muscle knots and softened them but turned them into many dime-sized trigger points) and general neuropathy. I am under treatment by two Spine and Pain Clinics - one for drugs and one for trigger point injections.When I was prescribed that disastrous drug Cymbalta I developed amongst other things ulcers on both feet. At that time the doctor who was treating me at the foot clinic prescribed Metanx, a very expensive prescription nerve 'food' that combined several highly absorbable hybridized vitamins used to combat Neuropathy. While the dosage in Metanx was far too low to be effective versus the high co-pay, reading the extensive accompanying literature on the ingredients got me very curious about them.About that same time an article on the use in Germany of Benfotiamine in high doses to combat neuropathy appeared in a The People's Pharmacy article in our newspaper (also on the web). My neuropathic pain was increasing massively. The left foot was numb at the site of the ulcer - whereas the pain with the right foot ulcer was excruciating.
