I have tried many passers before but neither was as good as this one. First of all it is super lightweight , mobile and portable and in the same time durable and the quality is very noticeable. The return passes are fast and effective. Goes well together with my enemy pro for stickhandling.
kids have been using it for about a month now and love it. puck bounces back to them so they can take one timer shots on goal.only thing i am not sure about is i can leave it outside or not.
This passer exceeded my expectations. I screwed it to the shoot pad 30x60 - great for one timers, fast passes.Very good price for this product.

This product has potential. I even ordered another. However, that is part of my contention. You need two for some of the exercises. However, the description is vague and I don't recall seeing that information. Also I feel it is way too expensive for one small heavy oddly shaped ball with numbers. It is good quality but still. The other problem is that it doesn't even come with a book. You have to go online to get any information at all. I think for the price, they could include a manual At almost 30.00 for two.
::: 3rd Update. These are not as easy as they look. The complexity increases as you add more challenges.1. My 14 yo son's Baseball? His Batting Pitching Fielding Are Fantastic To Watch2. These are helping my eye hand coordination. Cycling, Hiking (I'm noticing things out of the corner of my eyes more) Racquetball and Golf:: 2nd Update I just bought my second Qball! Worth every penny. My balance and reactions are better. I'm using two at a time now. So is my son and his teammates.: After my son's soccer practice, we came home and this had been received 2 days early.
These balls have been great for working on basic coordination while I'm at the office. I work on using a standing desk, so when I need to step away from the screen a bit and think or just want to take a quick break from staring at the monitor I can run through some exercises with these. The slight physical distraction is enough to help me refocus when I get back to work which is great. The office floor is carpet over cement so they bounce pretty well, though maybe not as erratic as they would on a completely firm surface. However, one thing to note is that if you use them outside (or in my case a few times in the parking garage at my apartment when first trying them out) they look and get pretty dirty and that dirt will carry over to your hands later. Is my coordination better? I believe so or at the very least I'm improving at these exercises.
