I notice professional health practitioners also use the Thorne products.The daily dose is 6 capsules, 3 in the am and 3 in the pm. It seemed logical that all the vitamins needed for a multi-vitamin would not fit into 1 or 2 capsules, so that is another reason I bought it. Also I think capsules are more bioavailable than tablets.Supplements are subtle; I don't feel any different on one brand vs another. And who knows how many of the nutrients are even bioavailable in any particular individual.
