I have always had the hardest time taking multivitamins because they would break me out. And break me out in a blistery painful way (I normally don't get acne) I tried so many different brand too. So I did some research and found that it could either be the high amounts of B vitamins or the Iodine contained in most multis. I took some B vitamins alone and wasn't effected so they were ruled out. My naturopath then told me about how Thorne makes a multi without Iodine and I should give them a try. I have been taking them for several months now and no breakouts at all. I am so glad I can finally take some vitamins without a reaction!!
I bought this item on advice from my Nutricianist. She said it was the best and I would feel the difference. She was right. I have more energy, sleep better, and feel better overall. I would recommend it to anyone..
I was wondering about reordering this product then noticed that the formula had changed on the Amazon. It now shows NEW FORMULA - ADVANCED FORMULA. I looked at the website and saw some small variation in ingredients. They were not major, but I was excited to see new formula, yet when I received the bottle today, while it is new, it is not the new formula, it is the old formula and not as pictured - slightly disappointed.
