This is the best iron I have taken. I tend to constantly be boarder line anemic. So I take iron every day. This is the only iron that my body seems to absorb. Plus it doesn't have the usually side effects of iron.When pregnant I become very anemic. My doctor prescribed iron. Not thinking about it too much, I took the prescription. Two days later I was horribly constipated and actually felt worse than before taking the prescription. Started taking Iron bisglycinate. Within that day I could feel my energy level increasing.
