Defender Men’s Compression Baselayer Running Tights Defender

★★★★★ So I wanted to wear these training pants a few times plus wash them at least a couple time before I reviewed. First of all out of the package they felt pretty good in hand. Very stretchy, nice fabric, not too thick but not too thin. For guys, you can probably wear them with out shorts, I prefer to layer a pair of shorts on top. The color is what is presented on the picture, very nice grey with white piping. The fit is as expected, I am shorty/stalky person 5'5" 200lbs, power-lifter body type. Having said that the mediums on the waist on me felt perfect, with my short legs, the length is about an inch, inch and half longer than what I would prefer, but I cant blame the pants for my short inseamed legs. After a couple washing's the pants look and feel the same. I typically don't dry my work out clothes with this type of material all the way, I kind of hang dry them after the initial 90% dry, if that makes sense and these pants do not shrink. The thick waist band stays in place and does not "roll over" like other brands I have tried and own. The seller offers many other color schemes and I will definitely be back to purchase some more compression pants and tops.

★★★★★ Great product, I'm 6'5 and the medium fits well with just about 2 inches of skin between the ball of my angel and where the leggings sit. It's also tight where it needs to be, through the thigh and the calf, and loose enough where it needs to be, crotch wise. There's always a 33% chance that leggings will be too loose throughout, 33% that that will be too tight throughout, and then the sweet 33% chance that they fit exactly right throughout. These are the latter.

★★★★☆ I am 69 inches tall and about 190lbs. The length of these compression tights is just fine; however, they could stand to provide more compression and support to be truly considered a compression baselayer when compared to other, more universally known major brands. Since they don't fit as tight as "the other brands" I considered the sizing "somewhat large." Since they will stretch quite a bit, I recommend trying one size smaller than your norm and give it a go.

★★★★☆ These pants have a lot of great features for a model that isn't the top of the line. Leg zippers, anti-microbial lining, stretch gussets etc. The fit is much more tailored than my last pants but they still move naturally with my legs. They appear to be made high quality materials, and I expect they will be fairly durable.My only complaint is that the inner belt system doesn't get as tight as I would like. Since there are no attachment points for suspenders, the only way to keep up the pants is the belt, and so they only stay up if I ratchet the belt as tight as it will go. If I lose any weight I think the pants might actually slip down while I'm playing. Just make sure you buy the right size and you'll be okay.
