These are the best multivitamins on the market and I have researched thoroughly. Everything you need in a powder form (much better than tablets).The recommended dose is 3 of each a day but I only take 1 of each per day since these were designed for athletes and I am not one )))
These vitamins are loaded and the capsule is so much easier to swallow that my old multivitamin tablets. Have only been taking them for a week but already feeling better and having more energy.

I first began using this product about 13 years ago when it was for physician prescriptions only. My Naturopathic MD recommended it, and I have been using almost ever since he first prescribed it, but then he had to move out of state due to a family health crisis. At that point it became difficult to purchase it via a doctor ... But I'm thrilled that I can now purchase the product via online orders w / o having to go through a physician, and that I can get back on track with the daily dose I need for keeping my one remaining kidney functioning at the lower end of what most people's kidneys work when there are two functioning kidneys. My yearly post-op lab test results, since having my left kidney removed 13 years ago due to renal cancer, shows that my kidney functions at the lower range level for a person with two kidneys, and I certainly do believe it's because of using the, Thorne Uristatin.
I suffer from IC and read that this can help. I have seen a marked improvement with my bladder. I am thrilled and re-ordering now. I just wish that there were more than 60 capsules in a bottle.
With the combination of this supplement (taken per directions on back) and Vital Nutrients D-mannose (one tsp every two hours until 2 days after symptoms ceased), I was able to kick my first UTI without antibiotics. It felt like such a victory. I recommend having both of these remedies in your medicine cabinet at ALL TIMES!
