These are the best multivitamins on the market and I have researched thoroughly. Everything you need in a powder form (much better than tablets).The recommended dose is 3 of each a day but I only take 1 of each per day since these were designed for athletes and I am not one )))
These vitamins are loaded and the capsule is so much easier to swallow that my old multivitamin tablets. Have only been taking them for a week but already feeling better and having more energy.

This product was recommended by my ND and after taking it for two years i can say it's way better than the Costco vitamins I was taking before. After having before and after bloodwork done, I decided it was worth the extra expense. Definitely made a difference in how much of the vitamin I was actually absorbing.
Am very pleased with the vitamin/mineral combination. Also appreciate the capsule, so much easier to take than a tablet.
