My child is a picky eater , healthy but with low appetite. I buy these just to make sure she gets all of her required vitamins and minerals. On top of this product she get b-complex for kids, omega, zinc, magnesium and probiotics. These are small, easy to swallow pills, but she has to take 6 of them. So once this bottle is finished we probably will go back to vitamins by Pure Encapsulations.
my son would not take these because he still can't swallow pills. But the pills are smaller than i have seen before. I tried mixing the powder from pills in water and he couldn't stand the taste. I took the vitamins instead. It worked well for me. I like the company Thorne. I trust their products.
My opinion is these are the best multi vitamins I can give my 9 year old. However I would like a JR variety. They are small and the dosage is six per day, at 9 he could easily take two larger ones. Hope you are listening Thorne
