I have been taking these before workouts for the past month. I feel great during workouts and however I haven't seen the scale budge. I am on strict diet and thought this would help my plateau. I like the fact that it doesn't make my heart race like some other pre-workouts have.
Not crazy about it
I haven't taken this long enough to see the results, but it looks like a well-researched, good product... easy to take, and I still have energy for my workouts without the side effects of other "fat-burning" supplements (like the jitters from caffeine).
