My doctor suggested I use this and I've been using it for a good two years. I mix it with coconut water and frozen fruit for breakfast. I really think my nails and hair are stronger from the combination of vitamins. I can't say that I've lost any weight so I don't use it for that reason, but I do feel healthier.
we use this product for their cleanse avery 6 months. or when we need to recover from an extra draining day.If you find difficult to mix it, try adding the fluids (water, milk, coconut milk etc) to a blender with a banana. Turn the blender on then pour the powder
I cannot recommend this product enough. I add it to a fresh juice I make with my juicer. I also add fish oil- and I gotta tell you- I feel like a million bucks afterwards. I tell anyone who will listen. It is a WONDERFUL product. I mean it.
