Questions have been raised about Elysium's unethical business practices, deceiving marketing tactics, and the quality of their ingredients. ChromaDex is a much more trusted source for NR.You may want to take TRU Niagen without adding pterostilbene. See comments below that reference a 2012 study which showed pterostilbene may increase LDL cholesterol.

★★★☆☆ I felt the need to write this as i know theres so many people like me who have pain in their joints, and have been looking for something NATURAL to make them feel bettrer. This one i felt works okay, I feel like for the price though, I should get something that works really well. I think some turmerics just have more high quality ingredients than others, especially active ingredients. Instead ive been buying thisturmeric curcumin which i noticed settled some chronic inflammation i was experiencing. No longer do i have aches in my knees after going for a walk! Also they sent me a complimentary bottle as a promotion so it really cost me only half the price, because i got two.

By the time I started this supplement, on average I was in pain five days a week. I have MTHFR so need the methyl donors; other methylated vitamins make you take 6-8 capsules a day which is really annoying, this one is only 2 capsules and you have everything you need. She mentioned that she has a trusted friend in the science industry, that tested many vitamin products, and that Thorne is the best. She currently uses their products, and did so while pregnant and nursing her infant. She also claims that she is not a spokesperson for Thorne. I feel like if someone in her field uses this brand, then I'm going to go with their opinion. I usually don't feel anything from Vitamins, when I take them, but this one, I actually feel more energetic. I give this multivitamin to my husband and teenagers as well.
