★★★☆☆ I felt the need to write this as i know theres so many people like me who have pain in their joints, and have been looking for something NATURAL to make them feel bettrer. This one i felt works okay, I feel like for the price though, I should get something that works really well. I think some turmerics just have more high quality ingredients than others, especially active ingredients. Instead ive been buying thisturmeric curcumin which i noticed settled some chronic inflammation i was experiencing. No longer do i have aches in my knees after going for a walk! Also they sent me a complimentary bottle as a promotion so it really cost me only half the price, because i got two.

★★★★★ I have endometriosis. I've been on birth control for 7 years to stop the pain; I went off the hormones a few months ago, and my pelvic pain was gradually returning, getting worse all the time. By the time I started this supplement, on average I was in pain five days a week. Even with an anti-inflammatory diet, MSM, vitamin A/C/D/E, fish oil, etc.But since I started taking this Meriva supplement, I'm having just HALF the number of "pain" days that I was before. When I do have pain, it's not nearly as severe.And I've only been taking this for a few weeks! I honestly can't believe I didn't know about it before. I am just amazed. There's only one other supplement I consider a MUST-have (magnesium), but from now on, there's no way I'll be without this one.I took 1 capsule twice daily for the first few days (to make sure I wouldn't react badly), then 2 capsules twice daily, after meals. I've had no side effects whatsoever, just the reduction in pain. I highly recommend Lara Briden's website and period repair book if you deal with endo, PMS, or other issues with hormones; that's where I learned about this supplement.

At least 4 or 5 caps/day. Drove my C-reactive almost to zero. However, too much of the phytosomal bonding substance, essentially choline, fed my gut bacteria whose metabolic process produced potent heart and stroke danger levels of TMAO...So really, don't over do it!

I came across blogs where people said Zinc helped so I gave it a shot. This type of Zinc got a lot of positive reviews so I thought "what do I have to lose..?I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast. It's been a little over a week and the bad acne I had when I started has mostly cleared and I have no soon to be ugly cystic acne forming. I feel like my face is finally healing. I was recommended to try these vitamins from a group of people through a men's blog and holy smokes do I feel the difference! These are the real deal! Although they're very expensive for a month's supply, they are worth every penny.With the AM vitamins I feel better, have WAY more energy throughout the day, and my mind has been so much sharper (which is critical working in the administrative law profession); and I mean it's very noticeable.With the PM vitamins I've been sleeping much better and when I wake up in the morning I feel so much more rested than I'm used to.Simply amazing! ★★★★★ My lab tests came back that I was deficient or borderline deficient in 9 different vitamins and minerals. So I figured I best get a quality multi-vitamin. I have taken vitamins from the retail vitamin stores but I was still deficient. So this time, I thought I would look for a more higher quality vitamin supplement. Thorne seems to be a name that keeps coming up of being high quality and one that holistic doctors, medical doctors etc recommend. I have just been on these for 3 days and I do feel so much better. I am extremely focused when I am working on the computer all day, not nearly so fatigued and just have a general overall well being that is much better. I look forward to seeing the effects of these after a month. I am definately going to be reordering when I run out of this. I like the fact as well, I have only two bottles of vitamins. Take 3 tablets from each bottle in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. When you are so deficient in so many things, taking a whole handful of pills a couple of times a day was not exactly exciting to think about. I am sure glad I found this type and this brand and how they are put together in this just two bottles.

★★★★★ I'm only taking 1 am and 1 pm so far for the past 2 weeks and it's a big improvement over the last multi vitamins. I have more energy and even my blood sugar dropped (the folate, b1 and chromium helped with that I think). The am pill stinks by the way, I guess it's an effect from the ingredients used for the best absorption rate, but that is the only small nitpicking I have.I do have to use 2 separate 60% supplements for calcium and magnesium since those are lacking and with my diet, I'm reducing the cals from dairy and nuts.Overall, I think the reviews that called this the best multi vitamins are accurate, though the price may put some people off. Even at 1/1 pills a day instead of 3, I still think this is the best you can get.
