★★★★★ I've never had a shake taste so good. I was incredibly skeptical because they all say they taste delicious and that they'll keep you full for hours. I tried my first shake with water and it was good! My best analogy would be when you drink hot-cocoa with water: it's good, just not as great as it could be. Second shake was made with unsweetened almond milk: it was so good! I had the first shake as a post workout meal and I had no urge to snack later on. Had the second one for breakfast and I was perfectly content for about 4 hours. The one thing I will say that threw me off is the size. I'm used to getting a huge container for quite a bit less money. And when the box showed up I thought it had to be a shipping mistake. But don't let it's size fool you! It's well worth the cost.

It took me a few days to get the consistency and taste where I wanted it and I was hungrier than usual the first three days. After a week and trying the powder with coconut milk and water...I settled on mixing with just water, ice and half a banana. The taste was phenomenal and actually tasted like a frosty from wendys...I also felt full throughout the day. So, give it about a week and experiment with the recipes and he company sends prior to receiving your shipment to find the perfect blend for yourself. It wasn't chalky, there was a bit of an after taste but the banana took that right away!

I usually mix it in a blender with coconut water, a couple of strawberries and a few pieces of banana and sometimes I add a few dates.If you add all these things and are counting calories, watch out, because they add up very quickly! It keeps me full. I don't know if it actually helps on weight loss, but it definitely gives me some energy. Husband is taking it too, so we are ordering another one soon. Very expensive though, but for all the ingredients it has, I guess it is worth it. If you think about it as a meal replacement, you will come more than even.

★★☆☆☆ I had high hopes for this especially after reading some of the reviews. However my findings weren't so positive. The first few times I took them it wasn't too bad and I was only taking about two a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Now the instructions say to take them about 30 minutes before eating. This was nearly impossible for me to do. I got really bad intense headaches within 10 minutes of taking these. I mean to the point that I could barely think. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's gotten headaches from these but it's hard to consider taking 3 times during the day and dealing with the headaches so I decided not to proceed with seeing the "other" results because I did not want to have a headache every time i take one.FYI..
