At first we really liked these but after a month and a half and only 3 AAA tournaments they are worn and torn already! The fabric is not very durable and the pads are easily cut. My son (who is 8) has a huge indent by his waste and another pad has completely fallen apart.
They cut off circulation to the legs, it appears as it has great kidney/waist protection though not the case. Disappointed.
My husband is very happy with these!

Very comfortable gloves with adequate padding. I bought these for my son, he wears them almost daily. They look like new after a month of use. Good quality. Would recommend.
Using them for SCA Heavy Combat and they are holding up well. So far, only a small issue with getting hit in a strange way that actually found its way to my thumb, but the force of the hit was gone by the time it got to me.
The gloves I ordered were mostly red and navy accents but what actually came werenavy gloves with a small red stripe
