★★★★★ Prescribe by my integrative oncologist as a multivitamin for folks with prostate cancer - Copper and Iron are contraindicated, so this fills the bill. I check against some other formulations, and this one has Calcium Citrate, for example, rather than the cheaper and less digestible carbonate, an advance form of Folate, good but not overwhelming B-complex vitamins, etc. Nice caps, tpp, which is good, because the dose is 6/day.

★★★★★ This is a very good product in my opinion. It is well worth the money spent. I had a medical doctor, who also practiced a lot of natural healing techniques, turn me on to Thorne brand. This was many years ago. I feel balanced when taking Thorne. A few times I have run out and tried other less expensive, but still fairly reputable brands, and I have always gone back to Thorne. When I take Thorne I don't have cravings for things. This tells me I am getting proper vitamins and minerals. I would recommend. It helps me feel good overall. They are always consistent in their product. I am a satisfied customer.

★★★★★ I don't usually see supplements as having instant/direct effect on anything for me. I see vitamins/minerals/nutraceuticals as a preventative or intervention to issues so they don't progress. As a way to be healthier so as I age, I'll fare better than others with my similar medical conditions. I seldom get much of a response, physically, to anything. It doesn't mean one isn't helping I just don't expect any supplement to be a panacea. Let's just say there are no placebos effect in my life!My ANA was really high for almost 2 years. Rheumatologists couldn't figure out why and their best guess was that I would eventually develop Lupus or Scleroderma at some point... As much as I love waiting for autoimmune disease to ruin my health I decided on a whim to order this based on a random review I read somewhere else. I can't thank that reviewer (whomever they were) enough. This last round of blood work I had my doctor test my ANA again just to see what it was. Her response, "We can test it but there isn't much chance that it's gone anywhere." Clearly, that's not the case as it's at 0! I can't say it is a the Moducare for certain (I also started taking a high quality fish oil as well as Primal Force Omega Rejuvenol in the evenings as well). Those are really the only things that I have changed. While I can't say this will work for another person, it absolutely worked for me. I couldn't be happier that my ANA has finally come down- because I REALLY wasn't looking forward to Lupus. Just recommended Moducare to my mom who has Hashimoto's disease. Hopefully, she will have as much success in bringing down her TPO antibodies as I did with my ANA. I don't know if autoimmune disease can always be reversed but I do think it can be quelled if you can find the right targets. Everyone is different but clearly Moducare has efficacy.

I don't take the herbs healthy people take to boost their immune system in winter to stave off colds and flu. I take Moducare and have for years. It's a great supplement. ★★★★☆ I use this as a laxative. One heaping scoop in a half glass of water, followed by another half glass of water. Do it as soon as you get up in the morning, before you eat anything, and wait half an hour before eating. Effects seen in 1-2 hours. Releases directly into your colon so it's better than osmotic laxatives like polyethylene glycol (washes away/kills normal flora in your intestines).Tends to leave crystals of bitter stuff at the bottom of my glass, which I need to add more water to and swirl around to get it in suspension (won't dissolve).

★★★☆☆ Not what I was expecting in the taste department. I've used powdered vit c in the past and recall the taste was tangy but totally bearable. This stuff is awful! I tried it in water, not happening decided against my better judgement to place it in my smoothie and it ruined the flavor profile. I'd love to know what tricks others have used to make this palatable. I can't judge how great the powder works because I can't get past the taste enough to use it. It's so bad I'm going to look into the return policy & I never return anything. Organic sulfur crystals taste like heaven compared to this.....Follow up review......based upon another review imade a last ditch attempt and mixed the vitamin C with OJ & water what a difference it made. I've been able to take this everyday since without a problem. Definitely mix this with orange juice it's the way to go.

★★★★★ This stuff is incredible. It's saved me multiple times from getting full blown sick with a cold. I don't take it every day, but the moment I feel a cooked coming on, I'll pour a scoup into a cup of water and mix it with done juice to reduce the intense taste; within hours I feel my better usually. Yesterday, I woke up with a really strong sore throat, took a scoop of this and felt my body working to fight off the virus immediately. After several naps, something broke by dinner and I could tell I was over it. I've tried doing the same thing with regular generic Vitamin C pills before and didn't have the same results.
