★★★★★ I’m no vitamin expert but take it from me: these vitamins are good. I read an article that described them as some of the best multivitamins for sale because they absorb quickly (they’re capsules, not tablets), they’re a good formula, the AM/PM combo is better than a one shot in the morning since we need different benefits from vitamins throughout the day, and they are affordable. At first I thought three pills in the morning and three pills at night would be a lot to swallow (sorry) but it turns out that’s no big deal. I’ve forgotten the AM dose a few times but I’m getting better. I do see a distinct difference in the way I feel and my overall energy levels. I drink less coffee during the day since I feel more alert and I’m not as groggy in the afternoons.

★★★★★ I tried the former version of these called Exos AM/PM and loved them. When I began to order more, I found these with a 2 star review? Needless to say, I was reluctant to order more until I actually read the review.I'm just an 'ol girl in Alaska that tries to apply good old fashioned common sense, and here's what I came up with:1. The gentlemen's issue was that this formula contains "caffeine". Except, this formula contains NO caffeine.-It does contain high B Vitamins for energy and when taken with food, is usually not a problem. Furthermore, I personally NEVER take ANY supplement at max serving. It is important to wean your body onto anything new by starting low and working your way up.-I have terrible reactions to multivitamins due to the fillers they use, and not only are these relatively clean and less synthetic, they have an excellent lineup/compilations of the things I need, when I need them.-I can feel a difference when I take these multi's. That's only happened for me with 1 other multi by Garden of Life/Vitamin Code. Both are pricey, but I much, much prefer these.2. The gentleman was upset because it changed his respiratory pattern that made him snore, which in turn kept his wife awake?-Then wouldn't stand to reason that he is actually sleeping better and deeper? Where I come from that's a wonderful thing! He even stated that it went away when he stopped taking them. Am I the only one who giggled at that? No disrespect intended, but what you need is a snore guard, NOT to stop taking the vitamins that are helping you sleep better????*Special note-My hubby saws logs terribly and in order not to have separate bedrooms, or kill him-I demanded he get a snore guard. Saved my marriage for real!!I have no affiliation with this company and could care less if you buy them, or not. I just wanted to make sense of the negative review.For me personally, it's a no brainer. Energy in the morning, and restorative sleep at night, while getting the vitamins I need.So, I just ordered 4 sets, as I do not want me or the Hubby (who's still alive BTW), to go without these!
