★★★★★ Just 3 days with half the dosage and I have noticed energy levels 2 days in a row I have not experienced in 20 years. I started a new job recently and as a 40 something man its a fast paced job with lots of lifting and frankly I was struggling to make it through the last 2 hours of the day. Then in the evening I was so exhausted all I wanted to do was collapse on the couch.Thursday Morning I took 3 of these with a big glass of juice and and my usual coffee and my usual Centrum daily vitamin. I thought this stuff might be what I am looking for for energy and recovery.That first day at work I had energy through the day, was not exhausted at home, and even made my wife happy that evening. Same thing on Friday evening. That never happens 2 days in row. Saturday I washed my car and went for a long walk with my wife, and probably could have had fun that night too, but she needed a break.Never have I ever taken a product that has done anything to approach this, granted its only 3 days, but its been a good 3 days. Remember its only half the dose too. My body may adjust as I go, and perhaps I could add more.Only negative I can see is, I did seem to be more thirsty, and also a tad wired. Anxious a little, this might be an issue for someone already having issues with that type of thing.Bottom Line: If you're 40 years old and need a boost, at this price you'd be foolish not to try it out. It does work.
