I’m 60 years old and own a dairy distribution business which means lots of climbing, lifting, and.......aching joints. I’ve been taking turmeric along with peppercorns ( to help with absorption) when someone recommended Smarter Nutrition’s Curcumin. I’ve been taking it for almost two weeks now and already notice less pain in my knees and shoulders. In addition ( since I’ve eliminated the pepper ) I don’t worry about irritating my intestines. So far I’m one happy customer.
This is AMAZING. I had knee and hip pain. I'm 50. My hip was so bad, that when I would get up after sitting, I could barely walk. Nights were awful. It was all on my left side and I sleep on both sides. I couldn't sleep I was in so much pain. I ended up taking ibuprofen all the time, which isn't good. I started taking this on March 8th and noticed a difference within 2 wks. I don't know what I'd do without it and tell everyone about it. Thank you so much!
I was in a farming accident 13 years ago. I was run over by a piece of farm equipment. I have had knee, hip and back pain the last year. I've tried so many things with no relief. I stumbled upon this product via the internet and decided I had nothing to lose. What a great relief. Wish I'd found it sooner!

Our trainer wanted us on a amino complex to "enhance nitrogen retention and increase muscle mass, to prevent protein catabolism during prolonged exercise, to promote muscle glycogen resynthesis following exercise, and to prevent sports anemia by promoting an increased synthesis of hemoglobin, myoglobin, oxidative enzymes, and mitochondria during aerobic training."So, we put one scoop in our gym water bottle. I'm pushing more weight and less fatigued at the end of the workout - so unless there is another mitigating factor I'm saying this product works for me.
Allows me to achieve levels of performance that I thought were impossible without any carbs in my system. I follow a low carb, high protein diet and this stuff helps me burn my stored fat for energy and not break down muscle. It's amazing. Plus, it came highly recommended by the nice folks at Precision Nutrition and it's 3rd party verified. The lemon flavor, however, tastes like Satan's Lemonade. I'll suffer through because the performance boost is worth it, but maybe next time I'll try berry.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks. It seems like it helps with recovery, and gives me energy if I use it pre-workout. The taste is good if you like the flavor of lemonade. I do use other Thorne products as well.Side note: Make sure you clean your bottle really well if you're adding it to a water bottle. The taste is hard to get out and I've noticed that if you don't rinse it well enough, the next time you drink regular water it tastes like drinking chlorine water from a pool. Not exactly the best taste to have in your mouth.
