★★★★★ I’m 60 years old and own a dairy distribution business which means lots of climbing, lifting, and.......aching joints. I’ve been taking turmeric along with peppercorns ( to help with absorption) when someone recommended Smarter Nutrition’s Curcumin. I’ve been taking it for almost two weeks now and already notice less pain in my knees and shoulders. In addition ( since I’ve eliminated the pepper ) I don’t worry about irritating my intestines. So far I’m one happy customer.

★☆☆☆☆ Don't believe the hype and paid reviews, this brand of curcumin does not work. I ordered this product because of all the positive reviews on here, on how well it worked, not realizing that they pay these people to leave positive reviews.... I can tell you from my own experience that this brand in particular does NOT work. I have taken this brand for over a month for joint pain in my fingers and wrist. I've had NO relief at all. I'm on my 2nd bottle and still haven't felt any relief. I decided to discontinue, this is a complete waste of money. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one with a negative review on here....... Also, I wanted to add that I reached out to smarter nutrition on their website on Facebook telling them about my experience after taking the product. Everything I just wrote, I wrote under their reviews on fb. I also asked them how long does it take to feel the effects of the curcumin and I never got a reply back. They answered everyone else questions and bypassed mines. I guess I was supposed to say that it worked when it really didn't.... People don't be fooled, don't get sucked in off of paid reviews, do your own research. If the product doesn't work at least after one bottle of use, chances are, it doesn't work or it's not the right product for you!!!

★★★★★ This is AMAZING. I had knee and hip pain. I'm 50. My hip was so bad, that when I would get up after sitting, I could barely walk. Nights were awful. It was all on my left side and I sleep on both sides. I couldn't sleep I was in so much pain. I ended up taking ibuprofen all the time, which isn't good. Do a search for folate vs folic acid and read the Chris Kessler article. I was shocked that such well-respected brands contain folic acid instead of folate, but thrilled that a brand I already love and trust had folate.I am also 36, and I want to do what I can for the healthiest baby possible. These prenatals were a no brainer.I don't feel markedly different or anything like that, since I was already taking good vitamins and the adreanal supplements, but I do have great peace of mind knowing that I am taking the healthy kind of folate.I also highly recommend Chris Kessler's Healthy Baby Code (program on his site) and Dave and Lana Asprey's Better Baby Book.

They all added to my already tough morning sickness. But Designs for Health made me feel better. I immediately noticed my hair was thicker and so were my nails. They also grew much longer and faster. My little one is very healthy and I do think these prenatal vitamins are a big reason why!

★★★★★ Great multi vitamin-I've had 2 naturopathic docs recommend it to me so far. I'm vegan and I was never low on any nutrients during my pregnancy with the help of this vitamin. Only bad thing is if you hate swallowing pills- there are 6 pills to swallow per day.
