I have degenerative arthritis in my knees, and was taking other brands of Turmeric/Curcumen as well as sprinkling Organic Turmeric on all of my food or spooning the stufff into myProtein shakes in order to keep the inflammation down. So when the cardiologist put me on a statin and ubiquinol CoQ10, and then recommended this product to help with ubiquinol uptake, I listened and also did research. I'd never heard of it before.Most people don't realize it but statins wipe out CoQ10 in your system along with reducing your cholesterol levels. This can lead to many heart related issues, not the least of which is a heart attack. You must replace the CoQ10 in your body, which is far easier said than done.
