My enemy is an incredibly dynamic training tool you can use off the ice to improve your hands and your hand coordination in lots of different ways. What is so unique about this product is that it is adaptable. You can put it in any shape you want to walk on various different skills while you are off the ice pretty much everywhere where you like to practice. In terms of the ways it has been constructed it has a series of joints or pivet points. And that is what makes it so dynamic and allows you to move around so freely. This is what separates these conserve training aids from fixed training aids. This thing is so compact and incredibly light. It’s a kind of training aid that can travel with you.
I thought I had already written a review but I'm glad the company asked me again. This is probably the most important off, even on, ice tool that I've gotten. I got it for my son and was recommended to me by his coach. I was asking what I can do to help him as a beginning player and was looking at this and a shooting pad. My son's coach said that in any level, stick handling is important, it doesn't matter how fast you can skate if you can't get the puck where you need it.This helps because it forces you to have a set plain where you have to loose contact with the puck and reaquire it. It's not stick handling when you're just rolling the puck, or in this case the ball around, mimicking action. You need a hard line to basically break contact with the puck and anticipate it's trajectory. The app it comes with also makes it fun and less monotonous. Specially with the ability to change angles. Definitely worth it!!
Does the job, but it's not very durable at all and slides all over the place on tile/concrete. You have to be flawless or you'll be moving it back into place at every mistake. The video I saw showed a player standing on it without breaking. If you stand on this version, it will crack. The app is a bit glitchy, but it works for the most part. Good for working on eye/hand coordination by not looking at the puck/ball because you're staring at the screen. I purchased this because it's adjustable and you can move it into zig zags, straight lines, or U shape. For that purpose alone, it's worth picking up. 3 stars for durability and being too light.

I bought these as a recommendation from a friend. Have to say, I was a little skeptical at first, but now I am a believer. However, my daughters main issue was popping her head up and not watching the ball to the bat. So the fact that these goggles force her to watch the ball as it leaves the pitchers hand all the way to the plate, her hitting has improved 100%....literally. So well that I make her take these to warm ups and use them on the tee and right up to game time. If your kid is having another issue with ball contact, I cannot say if these will help, but if it is failure to track the ball... these goggles will HELP. I even started having her wear them during Catchers practice and has helped her to track the ball more closely.
Bought this for baseball. It really makes you realize that you have been "cheating" when you are looking at the pitcher and following the ball to contact. I was able to hit the ball first practice, but I never felt like I was seeing it the whole way or my timing was what it should be. I felt like the last 6 feet was a guess. I plan to keep using them to improve and expect my focus and timing will improve.
I bought these for my nine year old son before his all stars tournament. Took them to a batting practice and the coach said my son had improved from the fist day of using them. The other kids on team also used them and it helped them all.
