Exos is produced by Thorne Research, a very reputable and high quality supplement/vitamin/nutrition brand. I trust them and I am willing to pay premium because their products are very highly regarded amongst athletes and nutritionists.I used this product because I've heard that Glutamine aids in assisting leaky gut or candida. I've had some recent seborrheic dermatitis flare-ups and glutamine has been successful in treating this.The Exos Gluatime comes in a high quality plastic container with scoop and silica gel packet to prevent clumping or moisture seeping into the packaging. I've noticed results after one week and intend to purchase this again whenever I run dry. It comes with 90 servings which is good for a 3-month regimen.SUGGESTION:The only suggestion I have is to make sure and wash your cups out after you drink the mixture. The glutamine will dry up in the bottom and is sometimes hard to scrub off.
Excellent product and better value than their other glutamine in the smaller canister (same stuff) it's smooth and easy to drink, not grainy. Just keep staring as you drink as some will settle on the bottom of the glass. Superior product! I use this and did a Yeast cleanse at the same time and it really helped curb sugar cravings. Any time I got one really badly I'd feed it the anti yeast supplements and a serving of glutamine and Gone! Don't waste your time and money on other cheaper brands if you can help it.
I've tried several other brands of L-Glutamine and found them to be rather gritty. This one is super fine though, and dissolves much nicer in liquids. Great product!
