I'm a beer league hockey player whose habits about airing out my gear after a game go back to when I played hockey as a kid-- when I just stuffed everything into the bag, zipped it up, and left it in the garage until the next game. My wife suggested I try these, and they work! I don't put them into my gloves, I put them into the whole bag and try to move them around once or twice before I skate again. The amount of stench they remove is really impressive. The company's customer service is also outstanding. Highly recommended!
The product worked great on keeping my daughters new pair of gloves free from stink and funk and all the other smells associated with soccer goalie gloves. We did try and use them to clear up the smell in her older pair but I think they were too far gone for this product to help. Plan on probably 2 seasons of use before you have to buy the insert.
My son plays lacrosse, his gloves and cleats used to smell disgusting!He would use dryer sheets to mask the stench. We ordered glovestix and were skeptical. He inserted them in his cleats, and overnight the smell was gone! Moved them to his gloves and again, overnight, the smell was gone!! It's truly miraculous!
