After a lot of reading, this appears to be the best multi-vitamin/-mineral on the planet, bar none. Even a bit better than the similar products from Pure Encapsulations, DFH, Metagenics, and Xymogen. It contains the most bio-available forms of each vitamin and mineral. The wholesale cost of the best forms tends to be 2x to 5x more expensive than the typical forms.I have no health issues, but after starting this vitamin I did notice a slight increase in energy, mental clarity and focus, but some or all of that could be from the other potions I started at the same time -- magnesium, krill oil, and CoQ10.
This is my go-to multivitamin, I've been taking it for 8 months now. I have MTHFR so need the methyl donors; other methylated vitamins make you take 6-8 capsules a day which is really annoying, this one is only 2 capsules and you have everything you need. Doesn't upset my stomach. Thorne is very high quality and I trust them.
I have been using this product for about 3 months now. I first heard about it from Dr. Rhonda Patrick, who has a PHD in biomedical science. She was being interviewed by Joe Rogan, on his Podcast, and he asked her what kind of vitamins she takes. She mentioned that she has a trusted friend in the science industry, that tested many vitamin products, and that Thorne is the best. She currently uses their products, and did so while pregnant and nursing her infant. She also claims that she is not a spokesperson for Thorne. I feel like if someone in her field uses this brand, then I'm going to go with their opinion. I usually don't feel anything from Vitamins, when I take them, but this one, I actually feel more energetic. I give this multivitamin to my husband and teenagers as well.

I'm 36 and suffer from adult acne. I can't afford the dermatologist antibiotics every month. No face wash or spot treatment was working. I came across blogs where people said Zinc helped so I gave it a shot. This type of Zinc got a lot of positive reviews so I thought "what do I have to lose..?I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast. It's been a little over a week and the bad acne I had when I started has mostly cleared and I have no soon to be ugly cystic acne forming. I feel like my face is finally healing. Didn't bother my stomach either, no after taste. So far it's working faster and better than anything else I've tried.
Yes, I recommend this zinc. Highly effective. THORNE is an exceptional brand. I also take their Pure Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) in the 1 gram capsules. Next I'm ordering their Vitamin D3. My doctor (an M.D., but not your typical doctor in that she is VERY well versed with vitamins and supplements) turned me onto this brand. It's excellent.
Has worked amazingly well to help clear up my 16 year olds acne in just one month!

While this appears similar to The Virgin Diet All-in-One Shake, there is actually a Thorne research product better than both. I purchased and compared all three products (Virgin Diet All-In-One-Shake, Thorne Research All-In-One Shake, and Thorne Research VegaLite).Comparisons:#1 You get the same amount of protein in ONE level scoop of VegaLite (21g) as you do in TWO scoops of All-In-One (22g)#2 More carbs! The All-In-One has more carbs (14g) compared to the VegaLite (5g)#3 More fiber! The All-In-One has more fiber (6g) compared to the VegaLite (0g)#4 Less sodium! The All-In-One has less sodium (350mg) compared to VegaLite (420mg)#5 Taste: both products taste the same. Pea powder with a chocolate flavoring is my best description. You'll get used to it.The All-In-One is good if you are looking for fiber and less sodium. The VegaLite is good if you want to save money, you'll need HALF the amount that you need to use with All-In-One. Therefore, you'll need to reorder All-In-One twice as often. If you do not have Amazon Prime then you are also paying shipping costs, an added expense. My recommendation is the Thorne Research VegaLite Chocolate flavor. When I drink the VegaLite (my preference over the All-In-One-Shake) I use two scoops VegaLite, 2 Tbsp. PB2 Powdered Chocolate Peanut Butter 2 and flaxseed for fiber. My result is that I get 47g protein and 10g carbs in each drink. I'm following the JJ Virgin elimination diet (no gluten, dairy, soy, etc) along with high protein, low carb eating. I mix this together using the Blender Bottle, for a meal replacement.
I compaired the ingredence to JJ Virgin"s shake and it is identical. So for those of you, like myself, that are on her fabulous diet, this is good to know. Shipping is much faster ( three days, not 10) and about $6.00 less for shipping. A win-win!
I love all three of these shakes (they are just barely different by a few milligrams of one ingredient each!), so I just buy whichever one is cheaper at the time. Since I can get Thorne sent free by Amazon Prime, I usually buy this one. I like chocolate, so I always get that flavor. Mixed with fruit, ice, coconut milk, flax and this mix, mixed up in my Vitamix mixer....it is like a delicious smoothie treat. The Vitamix (highly, highly recommended) is essential for making the version I drink the most...banana, flax, ice, coconut milk, kale, cilantro, and this mix. It comes out so creamy and smooth, just delicious to drink, and it keeps me full for about 4 hours.**UPDATE: Since I bought this in April the price of the Thorne Shake has increased $8...what's up with that? Possibly big complaints from JJ Virgin and Sara Gottfried that they were being undercut $9-10 by the manufacturer of their shakes? I'm sorry for us consumers to see this "price fixing".
